ĀLVARC is a high-end residential design-build company led by Scott Rothman, serving Palm Beach and New York. We create refined, highly personal homes through a fully coordinated approach that brings design, construction, custom millwork, and project oversight together from the beginning.
Our work includes full-home renovations, kitchens, bathrooms, primary suites, entertaining spaces, and bespoke architectural interiors. Every project is shaped around the client, the property, and the way the home will be lived in not a predetermined house style.

By connecting design and execution, we create greater clarity throughout the project. Layouts, materials, lighting, cabinetry, and architectural details are developed with construction in mind, reducing the gaps that often appear when design and building are treated as separate processes.
We remain closely involved as the work is priced, documented, fabricated, installed, and completed. This continuity protects the design, supports better decisions, and gives the client one consistent point of responsibility.
