Design Process

Schematic Design

The process begins with site measurement, program review, and an initial design study. We explore layout, proportion, and spatial relationships, developing concept options that establish the overall direction of the space.

Design Development

The selected concept is refined through iterative review. Layouts are resolved, materials and finishes are defined, and key elements are adjusted to ensure the design is cohesive, functional, and intentional.

Design Detailing

With the design direction established, we develop the necessary details to clarify construction intent. This includes critical dimensions, junctions, millwork layouts, and material transitions to ensure accuracy and buildability.

Construction Documents

The final phase results in a complete drawing set, including plans, elevations, sections, and details. These documents are prepared to a professional standard and issued for pricing and construction coordination.
