For clients seeking a truly hands-off experience, the Advanced Plus Service extends the Full Home Design engagement through full project representation.
Acting as your client representative, we coordinate between architects, contractors, fabricators, and consultants to ensure design intent is carried through at every stage. Our involvement includes regular site and fabrication visits, review of submittals and mock-ups, and oversight of quality, sequencing, and key design-related decisions as the project progresses.
Serving as your eyes and ears on the ground, we protect your interests, maintain clarity across all parties, and guide the project through execution with care and precision, allowing you to remain as involved or as hands-off as you choose.
Fee Structure
Advanced Plus Client Representation is billed on a monthly basis during active fabrication and construction.
Fee: $10,000 per month
Typical Duration: 4–8 months, depending on project scope, complexity, and timeline
Fees are in addition to all design services and commence at the start of fabrication or construction involvement.
Scope & Limitations of Liability
ĀLVARC’s role as Client Representative is advisory and design-led in nature. Services are limited to coordination, review, and observation related to design intent and quality. ĀLVARC does not control construction means or methods, supervise site safety, manage contractor scheduling, or guarantee costs, timelines, or workmanship.
ĀLVARC is not responsible for the acts or omissions of contractors, subcontractors, vendors, or consultants, nor for hidden conditions, fabrication errors, or construction deviations beyond the scope of the design documentation prepared by ĀLVARC.
All construction contracts, payments, and approvals remain solely between the Client and their engaged professionals.
ĀLVARC shall perform services consistent with the professional standard of care exercised by similarly situated design professionals under similar conditions. No other warranties, express or implied, are provided.
