Intermediate Design Service
The Intermediate Service builds on our Standard Design Service by extending our involvement through the pricing and fabrication phase, ensuring design intent is carried through with clarity and control.
Once the full construction millwork set is complete, we issue drawings to selected local millworkers, stone masons, and specialty fabricators for competitive bidding. We coordinate pricing, review proposals, and help align scope, quality, and detailing across submissions to support informed decision-making.
This phase includes the management and review of material samples, finishes, and mock-ups, allowing key design decisions to be evaluated prior to fabrication. Where appropriate, we conduct visits to fabricators and review full-scale physical mock-ups before disassembly and delivery to the project site.
Throughout the process, we act as a design advocate, clarifying intent, resolving questions, and supporting alignment between documentation and fabrication, so the work proceeds with confidence and consistency.
Fee & Engagement
The Intermediate Service is an additional service to the Standard Design engagement. Fees for this phase commence when drawings are issued for pricing and fabrication.

Any extended delay between fabrication and installation requiring renewed coordination or review will be treated as an additional service.
